We have been working our way through a tray of it for the past few days - hey, it's salad and therefore healthy, right? - and now it's all gone, I feel bereft.

Make this! Popsicle Stick Coasters

When is a popsicle stick more than just a popsicle stick? When you magically transform it into a coaster! Simply glue 8 of our lovely striped popsicle sticks onto 2 more sticks underneath (one at each end), waterproof with a coating of mod podge, and voilà!
